Our pregnancy and postnatal group exercise classes will have a maximum of 4-6 participants. They are run by a Women’s Health Physiotherapist who will tailor each session to each participant’s individual needs.
These sessions are an excellent form of rehabilitation for any injury or condition in a friendly, motivating and supportive environment. You will use a combination of Pilates style, gym and functional based exercises and equipment.
Prior to booking a pregnancy or postnatal small group class, you must first complete an Initial Pregnancy or Postnatal Physiotherapy consultation where your individual requirements and goals will be assessed.
